I avoided reading "The Shack" for a long time. I have my own Great Sadness and didn't need any "religious" book to help me get back to God. But, it kept showing up in my life, so I finally gave in, borrowed it from the library (because there was no way I was going to spend money to buy it) and read it. And I can't believe how it changed my life. I can't believe how peaceful and gracious I feel. I'm look at people with different eyes. I'm listening to music again. I'm reaching out to others in ways I never knew I could. Needless to say, I have bought one copy already and will be buying more. I'm encouraging my entire family who has been suffering with loss to read this and hopefully will get the healing that I did. Thanx.
