I was set not to like the book, The Shack but after reading it, I thought it was really good and thought provoking. All the time I read it, I kept thinking it needs a study to go along with it. Hi Trish - great idea! Can't wait to read your study and see how it applies to this book. Of course now i'll have to go and buy another copy as i loaned mine to someone hurting from a fresh divorce. I pray she is comforted, encouraged and feels the healing effects as i have. I've been involved in recovery since '88 and recently became a devoted advocate of E. Tolle's A NEW EARTH. The 2 biggest and most profound fruits of reading The Shack are finally 1) learning how judgmental i've been & how to stop and 2) how to forgive. Oh yay!!
For me, this book has been a long-awaited, much desired answer to many years of unspoken, heartfelt prayer!
